Hope everyones having a good weekend, and getting their workouts in.
I stopped working out my legs for a fat minute about a year ago cause I was scared they were getting too bulky. Only thing that did was make them bulkier cause now I had extra fat on top of the muscle. Definitely was not a good look. Getting back to 2 leg days a week was the best thing I could have done.
Lifting doesn’t make you bulky, or “manly” ladies, don’t believe the hype. We don’t have nearly as much testosterone as men do to even get to that point naturally without the help of some steroids.
Don’t be scared to lift some weights, your booty will thank you for it!
