- 100 gr. powdered sugar;
- 1,5 cups flour;
- 2-2,5 tbsp. coconut oil;
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder;
- 1/3 tsp. ground ginger;
- 1 tsp. butterfly pea flower powder (for blue dough);
- 1 tbsp. tea match (for green dough).
- 1/3 tsp. almond extract;
- 1 egg.
In a large bowl, mix 1 cup flour, sugar powder, add coconut oil and rub into crumb. Add the ginger, egg, mix. Add baking powder, almond extract and flour, knead the dough. Divide the dough into two pieces. in one part add uterus tea, in another part of butterfly pea flower powder. Knead both dough until smooth. Roll out the dough, cut out sea shell with a mold, put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees (look at readiness).
